The app will search for everyday health metric data and running workouts (indoor and outdoor) within the last 180 days. For each workout or health metric the app will calculate an average value. The average is calculated over 14 days. So for each workout point, or health metric data, there will be a orange point that indicates the average value of the data the previous 14 days.

The idea by this 14 day average is to show how your most recent workouts are improving your average compared to your performance over a selected period. This way your performance will be compared to your own abilities and fitness level.

Distance and active energy graph points and all workouts, will be green if they are on a "positive" side of the yesterdays average, and red if not.

At the top of the "Running workouts" tab there are two boxes. The left one displays the average energy used in running workouts the last 180 days. And the right one displays the last average energy for any workout. This way a mountain hike or long walk can be compared to running workouts. This can be helpful when running is not an option due to injuries, time or place.

The guiding principle is that this app should try to minimize stress factors, like distance goals, VO2 max levels or weight. It hopefully can inspire to get up and move, and maybe go for a run now and then if you feel like. And if you are training for a specific event it should help you monitor improvement to you average performance.
